Marketing 101
it’s quiet out there, so a lot of marketing pops up on socials trying to attract new clients, and remind your existing clients that you are there for them.
food for thought though after a chat with another business owner.
what would look more attractive to you, a canva post with a whole day’s availability open, we have 9am, 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm...in other words, our day is dead so please come on in..... or a post like.......
"we only have two appointments left this week get in quick and get a complimentary treatment too."
no one knows how many appointments you have unless you show them, and other salons watch pages as much as I do.
smoke and mirrors is a big player in your marketing, you might have an empty book, but your clients don’t need to know that.
create demand instead of screaming i’ve got a whole day to scrub my floors and clean…which you should do if you have that day free, spruce the salon up, everyone loves constant change these days.
when you post on your socials, think about how you see that ad from another owners point of view.
And if its quiet, or Mondays are your paperwork and planning day, plan some engaging socials, research some effective marketing, and plan a week of smashing goals, own that shit and lets get busy!
