Q: Why can't I access the checkout?
A: As we are strictly trade only, your details need to be verified before you can access any trade pricing. We pride ourselves on protecting our hairdressing industry by supporting you guys, not your clients.
If you dont receive a confirmation email verifying your details within 24 hours, please shoot us an email as we are busy bees, and may have overlooked your account application.
Q: Why can't I access all brands?
A: We have specific agreements with all of our distributors, and some may restrict trade outside of our area in NSW.
Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in our brands but can not access due to being out of state, and we will point you in the right direction for your sub distributor.
Q:When will my order arrive?
A: We ultilise Fastways as our courier service, they offer overnight delivery to metropolitian areas, and 2-3 days to more remote areas.
You will be provided with a tracking number with your order, and can track your delivery at www.fastways.com.au, or alternatively you can give us a quick call on 02 4340 2652, or shoot us an email at boutiquesalonbrands@gmail.com
