All orders placed via Boutique Salon Brands website are to be prepaid unless other arrangements have been made with Boutique Salon Brands Australia
If any items are out of stock at the time of placing order, Boutique Salon Brands will contact the salon owner to make them aware of this prior to the order being processed.
If items are already paid for, Boutique Salon Brands will back order, credit or refund the out of stock items, based on the salons decision.

Fastways Authority To Leave

If you are unsure whether or not you will be at the salon to receive the parcel you can give us the Authority To Leave the parcel without a signature. PLEASE NOTE: If you have given Boutique Salon Brands Australia the Authority To Leave, and the if the parcel goes missing, it is not the responsibility of Boutique Salon Brands Australia to reimburse the customer for loss of goods.


Shipping & Delivery

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Box addresses, parcel lockers, locked bags or any service where the receiver is not there to sign for the delivery.
Boutique Salon Brands Australia provides a priority dispatch service for all orders to be dispatched on the same day if placed prior to 1pm or next business day if placed after 1pm.

We will always try our best to dispatch all orders on the same day however please allow extra time during peak holiday periods to avoid disappointment.
All orders are sent via Fastways Courier, a tracking number is available by contacting Boutique Salon Brands directly.


If your order consists of any furniture, your freight charge will be calculated manually, and you will be contacted to confirm the freight charges..
Our delivery providers deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
Delivery Destination and Estimated Delivery Time From Dispatch
• If you place an order on a non-business day (e.g. weekend or public holiday) your order will be dispatched on the next business day.


All warranties are supplied by the manufacturer and not that of Boutique Salon Brands Australia. These warranties are offered by the manufacturer, who specify the warranty periods and may vary for each product.
Boutique Salon Brands Australia has no control over manufacturer warranty and repair periods and cannot advise what they will be.

Therefore Boutique Salon Brands Australia has no control as to the time frame. In saying that, Boutique Salon Brands Australia will do all that it can to ensure that it is handled as quickly as possible, updating you through the process.

If the faulty item cannot be repaired, a replacement or refund will be offered.
Boutique Salon Brands Australia cannot be held accountable when the faulty item is sent direct, or communications are made, from you to the manufacturer in the need of repair or a replacement.


Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty and cannot be repaired.
Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty). Returns must be made within 48 hours of delivery, except when an item is faulty and covered by a warranty period.

It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve any items that Boutique Salon Brands Australia deem to be in unacceptable condition (unless faulty) or outside of the mentioned timeframe.

Boutique Salon Brands Australia will not pay to return items in unacceptable condition.

Boutique Salon Brands Australia takes no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest that you send them via registered post, or contact us directly to arrange a courier pick up at the salons expense.

Promotional codes cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be applied to exchanges. Once Boutique Salon Brands Australia receives your returned item and deem it to be in an acceptable condition (unless faulty), we will happily refund or exchange it.



A valid ABN, Salon address, and owner details are required to purchase from this site.
Boutique Salon Brands maintain the right to refuse to trade with a customer if this information is not provided, or not deemed to be correct.

It is a condition of sale that we do not offer refunds on faulty items, however we will assist in any way we can with repair, or replacement of a faulty item.

Boutique Salon Brands Australia has, as a condition of sale, a back to base warranty on all our products, postage is to be paid by customer and once warranty claim is accepted you will receive email updates which will indicate Boutique Salon Brands Australia will repair or replace the item and post back. If a warranty claim is denied the client will need to pay costs of repairing the item and the return freight cost.
Boutique Salon Brands Australia will replace any dead on arrival items within 7 days of receiving that item.
Warranty will be denied for items that are deemed to have been intentionally damaged or damaged due to misuse or user error.


Boutique Salon Brands Australia takes reasonable processes to protect your personal information once it is in our possession, however we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us before it reaches us, and this is done so at your own risk.
